Use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by Ocean Lovers, who will then endeavour to communicate to users in advance the dates and times of the intervention.

The site is updated regularly by Samuel Moutardeau. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they nevertheless apply to the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to be aware of them.

Description of the services provided.

The purpose of the Ocean Lovers site is to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities.

Samuel Moutardeau endeavours to provide information on the Ocean Lovers site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether they are its own fault or those of third-party partners who provide it with this information.

All information provided on the Ocean Lovers website is given for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Ocean Lovers website is not exhaustive. It is given subject to changes having been made since it was put online.

Contractual limitations on technical data.

Find On Web cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the website. In addition, the user of the website agrees to access the website using recent hardware, not containing viruses and with an up-to-date latest generation browser

Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Find On Web owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of Find On Web.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitations of liability.

Find On Web cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Ocean Lovers site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Find On Web may also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Ocean Lovers site.

Interactive spaces (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to users. Find On Web reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, Find On Web also reserves the right to bring civil and/or criminal proceedings against the user, in particular in the event of a message of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).

Personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the Ocean Lovers site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Ocean Lovers site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any event, CA d’E Expert Find On Web only collects personal information relating to the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the Ocean Lovers site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he or she enters it himself or herself. The user of the Ocean Lovers site is then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, any user has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning them, by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the Ocean Lovers site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of the activity of Ocean Lovers and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with regard to the user of the Ocean Lovers site

The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

The Ocean Lovers site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of Ocean Lovers. However, Ocean Lovers does not have the possibility of verifying the content of the sites thus visited, and will therefore not assume any responsibility for this fact.

Browsing the Ocean Lovers website may cause cookies to be installed on the user’s computer. Set the Retention Rules to: use custom settings for history. Finally, uncheck it to disable cookies.

In Chrome: Click on the menu icon (symbolized by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on preferences. In the “Privacy” tab, you can block cookies. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to the use of the Ocean Lovers site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Bordeaux.
